COURSE OVERVIEW
To provide operators of water treatment and water distribution systems with the knowledge required to successfully operate and maintain community facilities, and successfully challenge provincial certification exams.

Water treatment processes
Water distribution systems
Support systems
Mathematics for water treatment and distribution system operators
Provincial drinking water regulations
Exam writing protocol and practice exams.
PREREQUISITE
Operators should hold a valid Operator-in-Training certificate (i.e. Class 1 requires OIT and Class 2 requires Class 1).
